I had a question about the floor looking dirty, but housekeeping came right up and mopped for me. It ended up being permanent residue on the floor from a sloppy remodel. My bed was clean and cozy and room was satisfactory. Parking was adequate and I did see breakfast was out when we left.
Seen a lot of places that have good reviews that aren't good when you get there, but I looked at this place and it didn't have a real high review and I went there and I was totally impressed with it good people good service and and a clean place. I would recommend this place and I will be back.
I enjoyed staying here it was nice peaceful quiet clean and I love everything about it I would recommend this hotel to anyone five stars for me for sure.
Sachin, the manager was very friendly and helpful. His whole staff was so nice and was very welcoming. At first, they had a problem with our reservation payment through Cashapp. However, they were very patient and understanding and we got it all straightened out. We liked it so much, we ended up extending our stay another few nights. It's a great location, right off the toll road, and very close to a variety of restaurants and things to do. We had a king room and it was a very comfy bed. The tv was mounted on the wall, not the desk, which was nice. The room, as well as the whole hotel, was a pleasant experience.
Such a great experience with kind and caring staff! They allowed us to check in early annd upgraded our room to a double queen when we had asked for a cot. They went above and beyond to provide a cot and then offered something better to suit our needs. They also provided free water and great cookies in the lobby. The room was clean and modern. Thank you Quality Inn for making our trip to South Bend memorable!!
Was a very simple stay. Room was clean and seemingly fresh. Pleasant 2 evenings. Only 2 complaints were A. The toilet wobbled on the floor when you sat down on it. B. The shower wasn't very clean and puddled water.
We arrived after a long 8+ hour drive with no reservation, exhausted and just looking for a place to rest. Surprisingly, this place was genuinely wonderful. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming—they got us a room right away and even took the time to chat with us and ask how we were doing, which is something you don’t see much anymore. It was a refreshing experience. The room was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the breakfast the next morning was excellent. Overall, a great and comforting stay!
